Description of Product: This salsa is a chunky mixture of black beans & sweet corn. The sweetness from the corn hits the palette first and then shortly after the low level acidic notes from the tomatoes come across. It finishes smooth as the black beans provide a thin coating of coolness.  Ingredients: Black Beans, Corn, Diced Tomatoes, Onions, Tomato Paste, Jalapeno Peppers, Sugar, Vinegar, Salt, Garlic, Spices.

WAYS TO USE:

1)Versatile and diverse it can be used with cooked entrees like chicken, pork, and fish.

2) Try this one mixed with eggs for an instant omelette. No chopping required. break two eggs, add two dollops of salsa, and cook to your liking.

3) Try pork quesadilas with this salsa. Grab two tortillas and a flat saute pan. Put the pan on low-mid level heat, spread some butter on the back of a tortilla and throw it in the pan. Add some shredded pork and two dollops of Hoby's bean & corn salsa. Throw the second tortilla on top and press down to flatten. Butter the top tortilla, then flip the stack, pressing down to flatten after. Cut into quarters and serve.

 HOW ITS MADE:The process is labor intensive as the apples are picked, cored, peeled and then snitted.  After being washed in water, they are added to kettles.  The boiling apple mixture is then cooked, mixed, and reduced down to form a crisp, savory, and heavenly puree.
